Veronique Deblois is a food and wine writer based in Morris County, NJ. As the author of the popular blog, Food & Wine Chickie, Veronique shares recipes, wine, beer and restaurant reviews and travel insight.
Veronique is French Canadian-born and moved to South Florida when she was a young teen to spend over 20 years. Having adopted the multi-cultural culinary way of life of South Florida, Veronique moved to New Jersey nearly 8 years ago where she discovered the interesting food culture of the Garden State, and of nearby Manhattan.
Besides food, beer and wine, Veronique is an avid Philadelphia sports fan – Eagles and Flyers (don’t hold it against her), and enjoys antiquing and reading (murder-mystery).
Veronique has worked in the travel industry for over 15 years where she’s held/ led various sales and marketing teams at some well-known brands and a couple of start-ups.
