Fossil Farms + Jockey Hollow Game Dinner

Six New Jersey chefs are teaming up for a 6-course Game Dinner hosted by Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen and Fossil Farms on Wednesday, November 11, at 6 pm. For this special evening, Jockey Hollow Executive Chef AJ Capella will share the kitchen with Ben Del Coro and Brett Smith (Fossil Farms), Joe Beninato (The Frog and The Peach), Anthony Bucco (Felina) and Dan Brunina. Tickets are $150 pp (including canapes, gratuity) or make it $240 pp with the addition of wine pairings. (Tax assessed upon checkout.)
