Each course, expertly crafted by Chef Alex, is paired with guided tastings of Famiglia Cotarella’s acclaimed wines from Lazio and Umbria. Famiglia Cotarella represents three generations of grape growers and winemakers from Umbria, the ‘Green Heart’ of Italy. Their portfolio features classic Italian blends and single varietal expressions of Merlot and Sangiovese from Lazio, Umbria, and Montalcino.
