New Jersey Wine & Food Festival
The 14th New Jersey Wine & Food Festival returns May 1 – 3, 2026 at Crystal Springs Resort, featuring Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, along with Guest of Honor Marco Pierre White, the godfather of modern British cuisine and the first English chef to be awarded three Michelin stars, chefs from last season’s Bravo TV hit Top Chef, including the winner Chef Tristen Epps. Garden State’s premier culinary event, it brings together chefs, winemakers, and food lovers for a weekend of tastings, special dining, cocktail and other gourmet experiences
Saturday 5/2 events include a lunch with New Jersey culinary stars Dan Richer of Razza, Sean Yan of Ram & Rooster and Tom Silvestri of ORA, plus food and drink tastings, winemakers, interactive cocktail classes, and much more during the day.
At night, the Festival’s signature The Grand Tasting highlights Garden State’s top culinary talent, with food by restaurants like MM by Morimoto – Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will be at the event in person, Bar Mutz, Fiorentini, Red Horse by David Burke, Faubourg, PastaRamen, 87 Sussex, The Morris Proper, Sam’s Table, Ani Ramen, Jacques Torres Chocolate, Saddle River Inn, Halifax, Warique, and more. The VIP Lounge features bites from award-winning Restaurant Latour, desserts by Chef David Burke, premium wines and rare spirits, and the Biosphere After Party takes place in the tropical pool complex with multiple bars, food, DJ, and more.
