The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival is set to return May 1–3 at Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ, bringing together world-class chefs, exceptional wines, and immersive culinary experiences for a weekend that continues to define New Jersey’s fine dining scene.

This year’s Guest of Honor is legendary chef Marco Pierre White, widely regarded as the godfather of modern British cuisine and the first English chef to be awarded three Michelin stars, honors he famously returned.

Star-Powered Programming

Marco Pierre White will headline multiple festival events, including a five-course dinner celebrating his culinary legacy and a Champagne reception on Friday, May 1, followed by a book signing on Saturday, May 2.

The popular Top Chefs & Top Wines Dinner also returns Friday, May 1, spotlighting three chefs from last season’s hit Top Chef: winner Tristen Epps, alongside Bailey Sullivan and Lana Lagomarsini. They will cook in collaboration with the culinary team from the resort’s acclaimed Restaurant Latour.

Saturday, May 2, features a full day of curated experiences. A highlight lunch brings together New Jersey culinary standouts, including Dan Richer of Razza, Sean Yan of Ram & Rooster, and Tom Silvestri of ORA. Additional programming includes food and beverage tastings, winemaker showcases, interactive cocktail classes, and more.

The festival’s signature Grand Tasting highlights top culinary talent from across New Jersey. Guests can elevate the experience in the VIP Lounge, featuring bites from Restaurant Latour, desserts by acclaimed chef David Burke, premium wines, and rare spirits. The evening concludes with the Biosphere After Party inside the resort’s tropical pool complex, complete with multiple bars, food, and a live DJ.
