Table & Banter operates from its commissary kitchen within The Park and provides catering and event services both on-site and throughout the region. The culinary team, led by chefs Brian Bistrong, Louis Bayla, and Ashley Davis, brings experience from New York City kitchens and approaches each event with a focus on creativity and globally inspired flavors. Their programming ranges from curated tastings to full-scale culinary celebrations.

Located in Berkeley Heights, The Park represents a major transformation of the former Connell Corporate Park into a modern, walkable campus centered around hospitality, dining, wellness, and community. The 185-acre property currently includes a 176-room Embassy Suites hotel, a 112,000-square-foot Life Time fitness destination, and more than 1.5 million square feet of office and collaborative workspace.
