This one-night-only event will feature a curated selection of wines from Giacomo Borgogno & Figli, Barolo’s oldest and most esteemed family-run winery. Established in the heart of Italy’s Piedmont region, Borgogno is world-renowned for producing Barolo—often hailed as the “king of wines.” Crafted exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, Barolo is distinguished by its high tannins, vibrant acidity, and remarkable aging potential, making it a favorite among connoisseurs and collectors worldwide.
To complement these iconic wines, Chef Alex has created a four-course menu that artfully pairs each dish with the complex flavors and earthy undertones of Borgogno’s Barolo. The evening promises a culinary journey that celebrates Italian tradition and the finest expressions of Piedmontese wine, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for all attendees.
