Description: Summit House (395 Springfield Ave) is hosting a special Glenfiddich Dinner on Wednesday, October 29th, pairing their exceptional aged whiskies with a curated menu by Executive Chef AJ Capella. The evening will feature thoughtfully crafted dishes designed to highlight the depth and character of each dram, alongside expert guidance from whisky specialist Jim Patterson of William Grant & Sons, who will share insight into Glenfiddich’s rich heritage and flavor profiles. Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail featuring Glenfiddich 12, followed by a menu that includes Red Snapper Ceviche paired with Glenfiddich 21 Gran Reserva, Cavatelli with house-made bolognese and Glenfiddich 23 Grand Cru, Brown Sugar Brined Pork Loin paired with Glenfiddich 19 Bourbon Cask, and Caramelized Banana Bread Pudding with Glenfiddich 18 Small Batch Reserve.
