The Perrin Family’s extensive range of wines allows one to appreciate the diversity of the region’s terroirs. With the same passion and expertise they bring to Château de Beaucastel, the family prides itself on highlighting the true character of each terroir. Guests will also enjoy Perrin’s expertise in distilling traditional London Dry Gin. This unique creation, The Gardener, features fresh ingredients such as bitter orange Bigarade, sweet orange, and pink grapefruit, all locally grown in the heart of the French Riviera. The Gardener is a refreshing blend that reflects elegance and harmony, showcasing the essence of nature. This exquisite tasting will be complemented by a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Alex, who will craft a tantalizing menu.
