The event is a partnership between two Guinness Book of World Records title holders: Stew Leonard’s for the highest dollar sales per square foot of selling space and Kaufmann\, who set the Guinness World Record for largest cheese carving at 925 lbs.    \nKaufmann\, who earned her nickname (the Cheese Lady)\, for her decades-long career carving intricate sculptures out of cheese\, will use simple ceramic wire-loop tools\, cheese wires\, and a draw knife\, to create a series of carvings\, including a harvest scene featuring a turkey Maya was. In honor of the word Paramus\, which comes from the Leni Lenape Native American word meaning land of the wild turkey.  \nThe mammoth cheese wheels Kaufmann will carve are from by Henning’s Cheese\, an award-winning\, fourth-generation\, family-owned cheese producer in rural Wisconsin. Henning’s is the only cheese factory in the United States making wheels up 12\,000 pounds. \n

Lake Lenape Park will be transformed into a mysterious wooded village of local partners serving up zesty stews and seasonal brews so magical it must be Witch Craft. \nThis experience is unlike any other beer festival\, autumn activity\, or spook show. Imagine a one-of-a-kind Halloween-lifestyle extravaganza cohosted by original monster movie characters! Tents will be decked to the nines in mysterious haunt or corny charm\, with approximately 50 brew masters and distillery wizards pouring their classics\, as well as some seasonal debuts. Guests will stroll along an enchanted path throughout Lake Lenape Park East while sampling all of the magical liquid being poured. At the end of the night\, it will be up to the attendees to decide which tent should be awarded “best dressed” with bragging rights until next year. \nInside the grounds\, professional pumpkin carvers will perform shapeshifting before your eyes and guide personal carvings that can later be taken home. Using the libations from participating partners\, local mixologists will be under our demo tent concocting potions that could raise spirits from the dead.
