Wine Dinner: Native Grapes of Italy at Salt Creek Grille

Have you ever wondered what kind of wines Italians are pouring in their glasses? Find out at Salt Creek Grille’s Wine Dinner: Native Grapes of Italy, which brings a Winemaker’s tour of Italy to Princeton. Guests will be greeted with a sparkling welcome drink, kicking off an evening of wine tastings selected by Salt Creek Grille’s Operating Partner, Hugh Preece, and paired with a three-course meal prepared by Salt Creek Grille’s own Executive Chef Luis Estrada. Throughout the meal, Hugh Preece will explain the fundamentals behind the pairings, while offering insight from his experience sampling wines in Italy.
