Tiger Chef Challenge 2019

At the fourth annual Tiger Chef Challenge, student teams will put their culinary skills to the test to create gourmet dishes with jackfruit, a high-protein plant that has gained popularity as a substitute for meat. Dishes will be evaluated by a panel of judges, and one team will take home the Tiger Chef Cup.
Alongside the competition, a food and beverage expo will feature dozens of vendors who supply ingredients and products to Princeton University Campus Dining.
The Tiger Chef Challenge is free and open to the public.
