The Shannon Rose Irish Pub Offers Taste of the Caribbean For August Rock the Patio Party

The Shannon Rose Irish Pub, featuring a chef-driven, scratch-made menu that blends Irish pub classics and new tavern favorites, has announced its August Rock the Patio party will feature a Caribbean theme, highlighting The Shannon Rose culinary team’s unique take on Caribbean cuisine in its specialty menu, available August 11 – 17. On Friday, August 12 beginning at 6 p.m., guests can enjoy live entertainment – featuring Caribbean music – on the patio, food and drink features, and enter to win tickets to a Blink 182 concert.

Food Features
• Conch Chowder – Classic Bahamian-style with vegetables, potatoes and a spicy tomato broth
• Coconut Shrimp – Hand-breaded in The Shannon Rose’s own blend of coconut and spices. Served with sweet chili sauce
• Jerk Chicken – Jerk marinated chicken thighs served over rice and beans with seasonal vegetables and a mango chutney
• Grilled Skirt Steak – Seasoned skirt steak, grilled and served with rice and beans, fried sweet plantains and a pineapple mojo
• Seared Red Snapper – Pan-seared fresh red snapper served on top of sautéed spinach with a house-made tropical fruit salsa
