The Jersey Shore Cookbook launch parties and signings continue! The founder of Jersey Bites, Deborah Smith, talks about the recipes and restaurants featured in her new cookbook The Jersey Shore Cookbook: Fresh Summer Flavors from the Boardwalk and Beyond at Princeton Public Library’s Taste of the Market.
