Street Squash Gala at Morris Country Club

$350James Laird, Executive Chef/Co-Owner of Restaurant Serenade, in Chatham, will be one of four renowned chefs creating dinner to benefit StreetSquash Newark.
StreetSquash is a comprehensive youth enrichment program that combines academic tutoring, squash instruction, mentoring and more for public school students in Newark, NJ, and Harlem, NY.
The event will include a four-course meal, prepared by Chef Laird as well as Antonio Mora, Executive Chef at Quality Meats(NYC); Adam Plitt, Executive Chef at Morris County Golf Club; and John Sauchelli, Executive Pastry Chef at Maritime Parc (Jersey City).
A silent auction will feature international vacation getaways, rounds of golf at exclusive country clubs, tasting menus from New Jersey’s finest restaurants, and more.
