Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas in Clifton to Host Gaja Wine Dinner

Chef de Cuisine Michel Desjardins has developed a five-course tasting menu expertly paired with wines from Gaja Winery, founded in 1959 by Giovanni Gaja, a local grape grower from the Piedmont region’s Langhe hills. Today, the Gaja Winery owns 240 acres of vineyards in the Barbaresco district—Barbaresco and Treiso—and the Barolo district—Serralunga d’Alba and La Morra. Special guest Michele Zuckerman, Gaja ambassador, will provide tasting notes to guests during the dinner.
