Join chef and activist Ethan Frisch to discuss spices—how they’re grown, where they come from, and how modern supply chains can be rebuilt to prioritize livelihoods, equity for farmers, and flavor. Ethan will share stories, pictures, and spices from his partner farmers around the world, and talk about the work his company, Burlap & Barrel, is doing to help farmers export their own crops for the first time and bring unique spices to home cooks and professional chefs in the United States.
