Shuck It Truck at The Center for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders in Long Branch

The Shuck it Truck, known as the little truck with a big heart, will be rolling up to the grand opening of The Center for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders! Sylvia Lasalandra-Frodella, owner of the Shuck it Truck and H2Ocean Restaurant & Raw Bar in Cedar Knolls, wants to take care of both diners and the local community in ways a typical restaurant does not. The truck serves quality market-fresh wild caught seafood and farm-fresh cuisine all in the name of charity. The truck is open starting at 11 a.m. Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch.
