Peyrassol Wines Summer Soirée at Blu on the Hudson

$175On Thursday, June 27th, Blu on the Hudson is partnering with Commanderie de Peyrassol, a historic winery from Cotes de Provence, France, for a Summer Soirée. Peyrassol was founded by the Knights Templar in the 13th centuryand produces exemplary roses, as well as crisp whites and a few full-bodied reds.
Representatives from importer, Wilson Daniels, will be at the event to present the wines.

Executive Chef Juan Carlos “JC” Ortega has conceptualized a seafood-forward menu that has been tailored to perfectly pair with the above wines.

- Nori Tacos: A5 Wagyu, Tor, Uni
- Rolls: Blu Roll, Lincoln Roll, Tempura Shrimp
- Oyster Station
- Hand–passed: Tuna Crispy Rice Cakes, Wagyu Pinchos, Lobster Arancini, Mini Lobster Rolls, Potato & Caviar
The chic, al fresco event will take place on Blu’s outdoor patio and its indoor sushi lounge. Tickets are $175 per person and reservations are available on OpenTable; the event begins at 6 p.m.
Blu on the Hudson is located in Weehawken, New Jersey, which is a picturesque six minute NY Waterway ferry ride from Manhattan and easily accessible to all New Jerseyans. The restaurant has spectacular views of the Hudson and Manhattan skyline.
