Omakase-Style Bluegrass Fed Wagyu Beef Showcase Dinner

Experience the extraordinary taste and texture of Wagyu beef raised on the famous bluegrass of Kentucky as David Burke celebrates his new partnership with Bluegrass F1 Wagyu. The purveyor of the “best of the best” beef from Wagyu and Black Angus hybrid cattle, breeds them using the same precepts that produce Kentucky’s famous racehorse stock. This exceptional beef is new to the market and only available to carefully selected top chefs like Burke.
You’ll explore the nuances of its remarkable flavor during a 10-course omakase-style beef, seafood and sushi dinner featuring such dishes as: OCTOPUS WAKAME SALAD lemon ginger sauce, LOBSTER STUFFED CHICKEN WING sriracha aioli; F1 WAGYU KOREAN SHORT RIB crispy rice, kimchi, soy caramel; and F1 WAGYU SMOKED BRISKET, brisket marmalade, crispy enoki mushrooms.
