New Jersey Wine & Food Festival

The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival takes place May 2 – 4 at Crystal Springs Resort with Chef Francis Mallmann, South America’s most famous chef and subject of Netflix’s Chef’s Table Season 1, who will be marking his only appearance at a food festival in the U.S. this year with a special dinner outdoors utilizing his signature live-fire cooking. This weekend-long Festival offers unforgettable opportunities for attendees to enjoy experiences like dinner with three chefs from Bravo TV’s hit Top Chef; The Grand Tasting featuring signature dishes from 30 of NJ’s best restaurants like Ryland Inn, Summit House, Fiorentini and more alongside over 200 wines and premium spirits; an NJ bartender cocktail competition judged by guests and a dozen other unique events such as a Hendrick’s Gin cocktail class; Bubbles & Brunch; a pairing of chocolates with three distinct rums; Secrets of the Sommeliers and the unforgettable Biosphere Afterparty blowout event in the Biosphere tropical pool complex with multiple bars, DJs, buffets and more.
