Make Some Mischief: Maine Beer Company at Stage Left in New Brunswick

The Maine Beer Company is making the best beers in the United States right now, according to Stage Left Steak and Catherine Lombardi co-owners Mark Pascal and Francis Schott. Their small batch brews are somewhat hard to get, especially on draft. Longtime supporters Mark and Francis now have four different Maine Beers on tap between the two restaurants (including some rare birds they’ve never seen in NJ). On Mischief Night, the beers will be paired with a special menu that includes Stage Left’s Famous Burger (Tiny Beautiful Something), Bone Marrow Gnocchi with Oxtail Bolognese (Woods and Waters), Bison Short Rib with Butternut Squash Mashies (Son of Sapping Mammoth), Prime Rib Cheese Steak with Poblano Peppers and Aged Vermont Cheddar (Dinner), and Nutella Tartufo.
