Friday: Deb Smith, Jersey Bites founder and executive editor; Saturday: Chef Jesse Jones, Diane Henderiks, Kris Longwell and Wesley Loon (of How to Feed a Loon), and Joe Vrola; Sunday: Chef Andrew DiCataldo, Amanda Biddle (of Striped Spatula), and Chef Dayanand Shetty.
