Hunterdon Art Museum Pop-Up Dinner

Celebrate spring with an unforgettable six-course dinner that benefits the Hunterdon Art Museum. Chef Mia Emerson of 15 Landsdowne Catering has created an unforgettable menu featuring wild mushroom soup, spring green risotto, herb-crusted leg of lamb, Parmigiano-Reggiano custards and strawberries and balsamic over grilled pound cake. There’s also a vegetarian main course option of carrot osso buco available. This pop-up dinner, titled Beauty in Bloom, seats only 30 guests, so early reservations are strongly encouraged.
