Homage to Fromage

For one exquisite night Chef David Burke and his world-class team at Red Horse by David Burke will pay tribute to the iconic Fromagerie with “Homage to Fromage” a posh, red-carpet celebration on Tuesday, Nov 8 at 6 p.m.
Fromagerie, the landmark restaurant where Red Horse by David Burke is now located, dates back to the 1970s and set the stage for genuine hospitality and fine dining in New Jersey.
Guests are requested to take part in the grand affair by donning their showiest jewels and dressing up in their absolute finest to pay tribute to this institution known for its elevated level of fine dining and the many memories created there. Plans include a step and repeat red-carpet arrival, a jazz pianist, champagne reception, over-the-top menu including some updated Fromagerie classics (see below) and premium wines and artisan cocktails.
