Highlands Annual Chili Cook-Off

Join Highlands Business Partnership for its sixth annual Chili Cook-Off to benefit the 2018 St. Patrick’s Day Parade! Included in a $30 donation to the Highlands Business Partnership is the chili tasting, two beer tickets, and ballots.
