GOAT Boat Supper Club Cruise with Chef David Burke

Exercise your sea legs and treat your palate during this three-hour dinner cruise off Sandy Hook Bay. Chef David Burke will be your culinary captain, serving up a sumptuous three-course dinner from his Union Beach hotspot, THE GOAT on Teal Cruises’ 85-ft Festiva; a dinner including some of his most famous signatures such as the Black Pepper Maple Glazed Clothesline Bacon, Popovers and Cake Pops with Cotton Candy (to see full menu, go to www.tealcruises.com and click on Book Now button at bottom right). There will be dancing under the stars on the motor yacht’s top deck with its retractable glass roof and plenty of interaction with the charismatic Burke. It’ll be a nautical night to remember.
