It’s nice to have friends over to cook together, and Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen’s AJ Capella counts among his pals the state’s most highly regarded chefs. Capella has invited them to collaborate on an exciting inaugural dinner series. Each evening will feature a six-course tasting menu with optional wine pairings.
On Wednesday, January 22, Jockey Hollow welcomes Jamie Knott: Chef/Owner, Saddle River Inn + Saddle River Cafe (Saddle River); Cellar 335 (Jersey City).
Price: $85 pp (beverages, tax + gratuity excluded); $50 pp optional wine pairing.
