It’s nice to have friends over to cook together, and Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen’s AJ Capella counts among his pals the state’s most highly regarded chefs. Capella has invited them to collaborate on an exciting inaugural dinner series. Each evening will feature a six-course tasting menu with optional wine pairings.
On Thursday, January 30, Jockey Hollow welcomes Brett Smith, Culinary Specialist, Fossil Farms (Boonton).
