Fourth Annual Hop Sauce Festival

Hop Sauce Festival is a gathering of craft beer and spice enthusiasts.  As Jetty’s largest event, always on the Saturday after Memorial Day, the focus on brew and hot sauce is also paired with local fare, original music, and cultural vendors.  A portion of the proceeds are always earmarked for Jetty’s nonprofit arm, the Jetty Rock Foundation, which uses funds for youth initiatives, for those in need, and to enhance the community.  This growing shoulder season event also aims to improve business and tourism during the traditionally slow period after the holiday weekend.

LBI region’s most creative restaurants will offer reasonably priced fare for pairing with the heat. Festival goers can try The Chicken or the Egg, El Swell, The Woo Hoo, Shore Fire Grille, Tucker’s Tavern, Living on the Veg, Country Kettle Chowder, The Black Whale, Barry’s Do Me a Flavor, with spice from Born to Hula, Deception Salsa, Habarita Fiery Fusion, Pilsudski Mustard, Defcon Sauces, Righteous Felon Jerky Cartel, Bonfatto’s, Gemini Crow, World Famous Hot Sauce, Jersey Bonfire, Voodoo Chile, High River Sauces, Hank Sauce, Red Hawk Premium Peppers, Whitehouse Station, and JakJeckel Pepper Sauce.
