Celebrate authentic Italian wood-fired cooking with Katie Parla and Corbo & Sons at the Food of the Italian South seated dinner with wine pairings! Author, food historian, and journalist Katie Parla is celebrating the release of her new cookbook, Food of the Italian South at Corbo & Sons in Holmdel on April 5, 2019. This dinner marks the kickoff for Corbo & Sons Friday Night Dinner Series. Executive Chef Richard Corbo will prepare a three-course dinner. Each dish is inspired by Food of the Italian South, with wine pairings by Chantelle Corbo. Tickets include a signed cookbook, a three-course seated dinner and wine pairings.
