‘Food of the Italian South’ Apertivo Hour at Bell Market

Celebrate authentic Italian wood-fired cooking at Corbo & Sons for the Food of the Italian South Apertivio Hour! Author, food historian, and journalist Katie Parla is celebrating the release of her new cookbook, Food of the Italian South at Corbo & Sons in Holmdel on April 5, 2019. Corbo & Sons will prepare cocktails and a selection of dishes from Parla’s book during a taste-around apertitivo hour. Each recipe will be expertly paired with handpicked wines by house sommeliers. Tickets include a signed cookbook, cocktails, and tasting-sized samples of recipes from the book paired with wine. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet Katie Parla as she signs cookbooks.
