Five-Course Beer Pairings Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and is hosted by Garrett Oliver, acclaimed brewmaster of the Brooklyn Brewery and 2014 James Beard Award winner. The event features the culinary expertise of Chef Eric LeVine (a Chopped champion and 2014 James Beard Award nominee). Tickets are $100 per person ($50 per ticket is tax deductible) and reservations are required.
