Field to Fork: A Chef’s Table Dinner Series

Join Beyond the Plate Food Tours in collaboration with Whealth Kitchen and Freetown Road Project in the Journal Square neighborhood of Jersey City for an intimate evening featuring true farm-to-table dining. Local ingredients will shine at this no-menu event featuring 2 restaurants – Freetown Road Project for appetizers (Chopped Champion, Claude Lewis) & Whealth Kitchen (David Trotta) for the main farm-to-table feast. We will meet at Freetown Road and then walk together as a group (6 minutes) to Whealth. BYOB, however, If you need recommendations on wine pairings, please let us know! We are happy to recommend excellent wines from our partners. As always, COME HUNGRY. 

*Note, the event start time has changed to 6:30pm.

Space for the event is limited to 12 guests. 

 

Safety for our guests is our #1 priority. Masks are required at all times except when eating. This dinner is open to the general public and you will be sharing a table. If you do not feel comfortable with this arrangement, let us know and we will refund your ticket or credit you for a private tour. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or any flu or cold-related symptoms, please use common sense, stay home and feel better 🙂
