Fascino + Viaggio Chefs Swap Kitchens

Chef Robbie Felice (Viaggio) and his longtime friend and mentor Chef Ryan DePersio (Fascino, Battello, Kitchen Step) swap kitchens twice this summer. The chefs will prepare pop-up dinners at each other’s restaurants, offering two not-to-be-missed culinary experiences. On Sunday, July 23, Felice will take over the kitchen at Fascino in Montclair to showcase his superlative Italian cooking. Then, on Sunday, August 6, DePersio will head to Viaggio in Wayne to present an exemplary tasting menu. Both dinners start at 5:30 p.m. Pricing for each is $65 per person (plus tax + gratuity).
