Farm to Table Winemaker’s Dinner – Salt Creek Grille

Sal Creek Grille in Princeton will host its first ever, Farm to Table Winemaker’s Dinner! January 17 from 6-9pm, enjoy this unique evening featuring a selection of eco-friendly wines produced with organic and biodynamic methods. A portion of this evening will be donated to Garden State Community Kitchen. $125++ per guest, reservations required (609) 419-4200.
Course 1: Pievalta Verdicchio Cilantro & parsley pesto over fresh, hand-tossed pasta
Course 2: Valle Reale Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Braised short rib, horseradish potato puree, local veggies
Course 3: Castello di Bossi Merlot Duck confit, local fingerlings, roasted local purple carrots, local greens
Dessert: Botromango Passito Cashew cheesecake, pumpkin seed brittle
