Farm-to-Fork Celebration

The annual Farm-to-Fork Celebration will return to Alba Vineyard on August 28 from 4 to 8 p.m.
A cocktail hour and seven-course wine-pairing dinner will be presented by seven of New Jersey’s most reputable chefs, featuring locally produced food from farms throughout northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Each course will be paired with one of Alba’s nationally award winning wines beginning with gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres, a VIP vineyard tour, and conclude with elegant dining under a tent overlooking the vineyard and surrounding hillsides. The dinner is a fundraising event for Foodshed Alliance, a grassroots organization dedicated to integrating local food systems that sustain local farmers.
