Dish It Up in Philadelphia, Benefiting Survivors of Domestic Violence

Join Women Against Abuse Inc., Philadelphia’s leading domestic violence agency, when it hosts its 11th annual Dish It Up! To benefit survivors of domestic violence. Held on March 21, 2019 at Vie by Cescaphe, this event is Philidelphia’s premier all-female chef competition. Every year it attracts up to 500 business,community leaders, and food aficionados. This event features unique creations from female chefs, representing some of the region’s most well-known restaurants. A panel of food chefs and celebrity critics will select the winner. This year’s signature cocktail is the 2019 Purple Cocktail, crafted specifically for this event by the late, well-known mixologist Katie Loeb. The cocktail will be featured in her memory with the help of her mixologist colleague Meredith Maciolek and bartender Jamie Steinberg. Participating spirits include Bacardi Vodka, Dock Street Bar, La Colombe, and Philadelphia Distilling Company and Art in the Age (QC Scrubs).
