The offerings begin with a selection of appetizers, including the Little Gem Caesar featuring a poached farm egg and parmesan crumbs, Kimchi Fried Chicken with kimchi vinaigrette, powder, and pickles, Steak Tartare elevated by black truffle, farm egg, and toast, and the unique Octopus Carpaccio paired with green olives, lemon, and potato chips.

Guests can savor The Hudson Rose Burger, topped with cheddar, sweet pickles, and a secret sauce, or indulge in Jersey Littlenecks, served with orecchiette, nduja, apple, and croutons.
