Demystifying Sourdough: Talk and Tasting in Surf City

Can the words “bread” and “health” even be mentioned in the same sentence? Get the answers from local baker Rafael Morillo, from MKT Eatery!
The discussion will cover one of the most popular breads out there: sourdough. Attendees will learn all about the bread, its nutrient profile, health benefits, ingredients and age-old baking process.
By the end of the event, guests will have had their fill (both literally and figuratively) of sourdough.
