It’s time for the 27th Annual New Jersey State Chili & Salsa Cook-off, in Toms River. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $6 in advance and $7 on the day of the event. Come on down and cast your vote for the winner of the People’s Choice chili and salsa! Washington Street, Toms River.
