For red meat alternatives, the Barrow House offers a turkey burger served with Havarti cheese, avocado purée, and jalapeno oil, dressed with arugula on onion brioche. Finally, the Impossible Burger includes smoked portobello mushrooms, carmelized onions, Havarti cheese, shoestring potato crisps, chive aioli, and horseradish dijonnaise.
