This recipe yields 5 servings. Scale up as needed!
- 2 fillets of saku tuna, diced small
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1½ tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 5 crispy wonton shells
- Daikon radish sprouts, for garnish
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Place one tablespoon of mix in each wonton shell.
- Top each taco with daikon radish sprouts and enjoy!
