Salt Creek Grille’s Ahi Poke Mini Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 fillets of saku tuna, diced small
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1½ tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 5 crispy wonton shells
  • Daikon radish sprouts, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Place one tablespoon of mix in each wonton shell.
  3. Top each taco with daikon radish sprouts and enjoy!
