Did you grab a bag of fresh Jersey Peaches at the Farmers’ Market today? Here’s one of my favorite ways to serve them. Just halve your peaches and grill cut side down until those lovely grill marks appear. Scoop a little Gorgonzola Cheese into the center of each peach half and drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar Glaze. That’s it.
I stumbled onto this handy little bottle at Wegmans not too long ago. It sells for $5.99 a bottle, but a little goes a very long way. While it is wonderful with cheeses and fruit, I like just a squirt on a piece of good crusty bread.
