We’ve got such a decadent giveaway this week. One very lucky winner is going to be treated to a dozen mini cheesecakes from A Taste of Rubies Cheesecakes in Edison New Jersey. All I can say is that the winner of this prize is going to be one very popular person. I can personally testify to this since Ruby sent me my very own collection of mini cheesecakes last week. Every single flavor was heavenly and the friends and neighbors came flocking.
As you know, I love to feature New Jersey based businesses on Jersey Bites (for obvious reasons.) When an attendee at one of my workshops said that I had to try Ruby’s Cheesecakes, I reached out to her the very next day. It must have been the way the woman was practically melting as she was describing Ruby’s cheesecakes that told me I had to try them myself.
A Taste of Rubies was born out of the undying love family and friends had for 
Ruby’s mother’s Strawberry Cheesecake. It was the most requested dessert at family gatherings. As Ruby grew older, her mother passed on to her the honorable duty of making the prized Strawberry Cheesecake. With her mother’s Strawberry Cheesecake as a foundation, Ruby began experimenting with other ingredients and expanded into a variety of delicious gourmet cheesecakes. In October of 2005, A Taste of Rubies was born.
Ruby’s ships nationwide, so you don’t have to be a local to enjoy her amazing creations. Cheesecakes can also be purchased at their production site in the Raritan Bakery, 1020 Amboy Ave in Edison NJ.
